Supplier Registration
1. Tradewyx Inc., e.n.5936561, CA 94040, 800 West El Camino Real, organizer of the Changewyx theater performance (/www.changewyx.com/) in various states, is conducting a tender for the procurement of products and services.
2. Prospective participants in the tenders (hereinafter referred to as "supplier") must agree to this registration and pay an annual fee of 100 EUR/100 USD to account BIC REVOLT21 IBANLT563250075077469247.
3. Upon payment of the registration fee, the supplier has the right to participate in tenders for the following 365 days across various countries worldwide.
4. Communication will be conducted electronically via email at tender@changewyx.com. For additional queries, personal meetings can be arranged.
5. The supplier must be a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur in compliance with the legal regulations of their respective country of residence.
6. The supplier must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including name,address, identification number, email, phone, website, and account number.
7. The contract will be signed using a digital signature.
8. If the supplier does not notify the termination of the contract within 335 days from registration,the contract will automatically be extended for an additional 365 days (calendar year), and this extension can be repeated. The supplier is required to provide notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of this period, to allow the organizer sufficient time to find a replacement or secure a new supplier.
9. The supplier confirms that any offer for the supply of goods or services is binding, and any changes require explicit approval from the organizer. The supplier is liable for any damages resulting from a breach of this obligation.
10. Unless otherwise specified in the tender, the supplier is responsible for ensuring that the submitted offer and the actual delivery of goods or services comply with all legal, safety, technical, or other regulations, and that the supply does not infringe on the rights or legitimate interests of third parties.
11. Each supplier will be informed about the progress of the tender, and the winner will be asked to sign a purchase agreement or order. If the winner declines to sign the purchase agreement (order), the option will be offered to the second-ranked supplier.
12. The organizer reserves the right to terminate ongoing or completed tenders or the contract negotiation process at any time, for any reason, or without providing a reason.
13. All information obtained through participation in tenders is considered confidential.
14. Failure to adhere to or breach of these conditions entitles the organizer to immediately terminate the registration without refunding the paid fee.
15. The supplier agrees to receive commercial communications from the organizer in accordance with GDPR regulations.
