Production of promotional materials, print materials
We are preparing a big advertising campaign to promote our film.
We will be looking for advertising agencies and printers in each state to produce large quantities of our merch - t-shirt printing, mugs and large quantities of flyer printing, banners on billboards.
For each state we have prepared expected numbers for the production of merch and also printed materials.

Purchase of IT - notebook, printers, etc.
Each of our collaborators must be equipped with IT equipment /laptop, monitor, printer, projector.../ in order to have a background for activities related to the production of the film. We have different numbers of associates in each state and according to their requirements we create a list for IT equipment suppliers.

Accommodation services.
Our associates work from home in shared offices in different states.
We regularly hold multi-day retreats, which we like to conduct in different hotels due to the spread of associates working in different time zones.
Our associates will be provided with accommodation, meals as well as conference room space in the hotels.
For each country, we have specified the number of days we will "spend in the hotel" and also the number of collaborators who can attend these multi-day meetings.
